Worth a Look...

REJOICE! It's Sexy Cosplay Time Again!! DELUXE EDITION!!

DAMN! I gotta get out to San Diego this Summer!

Sweet Tat, Bro!

I'm not a huge Catwoman guy, but looking at this excellent tattoo based on Darwyn Cooke's gorgeous artwork make me want to be a better fan! I especially love that the only color used outside of the black was a subtle green for the eyes. GREAT JOB!

This Looks Pretty Good...

From the producers of Little Miss Sunshine - When an unusual classified ad inspires three cynical Seattle magazine employees to look for the story behind it, they discover a mysterious eccentric named Kenneth, a likable but paranoid supermarket clerk, who believes he's solved the riddle of time travel and intends to depart again soon. Together, they embark on a hilarious, smart, and unexpectedly heartfelt journey that reveals how far believing can take you.

Believe it or not, this is kinda based on a true story! Here's the real classified ad that inspired the movie;

What The Hell is Going on in That Cabinet?!?

Now see here - that's just gross... and creepy.

Most Awesomest Cars From The World of Sci-Fi!

Now, I'm not talking about the Tardis, X-Wing Fighters, or Enterprises. I'm talking about four (or sixteen) on the floor, other-world roaming machines of bad-assery! I think my favorite of all time is the APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) from Aliens; man, that thing could go through anything! Read the whole list here and let me know what your favorite land-rider is!

Get a Grip!

This is the new Volkswagen ad that they are planning to run during the Superbowl. The ad is catching a lot of flack from various groups who feel that it is blatantly racist. Personally, I think that the ad is hilarious and in no way offensive - those who think it is need to pull their overly PC heads out of their asses and grow a sense of humor! No offense.
What do ya'll think?

Frustration...

A few months ago, shortly after I bought the 3-D Monster Machine (pat. pending), I was looking for a few things to spruce it up a bit, and I ran across this shrunken head antennae topper by one of my favorite artists; Dirty Donny. Acknowledging that nothing screams "AWESOME" more than a miniaturized decapitated human head perched atop a radio antennae, I purchased it posthaste. When it arrived, my wife, who is far more conservative than I, asked me; "why on Earth did you buy that?!?" (insert expression of disgust here), to which I replied; "So that I may find my van in a crowded parking lot, of course!"

After losing the head on it's first journey into town, I miraculously found it later on the roadside and was elated! This time, I smartened up and super-glued it to my antennae, only to have some ass-hat (with impeccable taste) steal it along with half of my antennae! WTF?!? Luckily, my radio still works fine.

So, last week I ordered a new one, and I hope that I can actually keep this one for awhile. After all, how will I find my van in a crowded parking lot? They all look alike to me ;-)

(BTW - Donny did the "Do it in a Van" sticker as well. Go check out his stuff; it's the shit.)

DOPE!

I'm normally not a huge Dubstep fan (except for Deadmau5's "One Trick Pony" - that one is the s#%t!), but I gotta admit, this video featuring an oldschool gamer crossover into 3D computer graphics "reality" by xilent is pretty damn awesome!

Damn, I Wish They Had These When I Got Married!

Oh, when a princess loves a scruffy Nerf-herder! Isn't it just magical?
These ultra geeky matching Star Wars rings were custom made by SwankMetalsmithing for some friends who were tying the knot.
