American Juggalo: The Movie

American Juggalo from Sean Dunne on Vimeo.

Back in August 2009, I did a post on "The Gathering of The Juggalos"; a three day annual event that celebrates the music and lifestyle of The Insane Clown Posse; a hardcore metal/rap band. Think of it like Woodstock, but with greasepaint, "bitch-beaters", Fago Soda and waaay too much crystal meth.

Now,  American Juggalo, a short film by Brooklyn-based director, Sean Dunne explores the dangerously shallow waters of the gene pool known as Juggalo culture. After watching this, I feel like I need a shower really, really bad.

  1. My mom said if I can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Yeah right. I'd say whatever water is left in that gene pool is contaminated with all sorts of toxic nasty shit. Why must they procreate?

  2. I know I shouldn't rag on them, especially considering how much of a deadhead I was in the early 90's (oh yeah - had a psychedelic school bus and dreadlocks), but something about these guys just pisses me off!
